Special Announcement: Welcome to the Teacher’s Lounge
When we originally designed the release schedule of Balderdash Academy we did so expecting a ton of bonus content to fill the bonus week. Unfortunately, something unexpected happened; we got really good at performing the show. We became too good and eliminated the glitches and side speak that generated the extra content. We also became ridiculously humble. So, to summarize: too good and humble.
What would you do? Would you take the six installments and release them Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays over the course of two weeks like a normal person? Of course you wouldn’t. That would make too much sense. Also, we didn’t think of it until just now. What we did, was create an entirely new show in the form of a podcast.
It is my pleasure to announce the release of Balderdash Academy: Teacher’s Lounge, our newest bonus podcast. Join the faculty as we expand on the content you see in the show. We go longer, try new bits, and perform together like we did in the old days. See what we do when we’re not teaching our fake remote classes at the fake school.
Balderdash Academy: Teacher’s Lounge will premier tomorrow and every-other Wednesday going forward. The show features Steve Corning, CarlaRose Dubois, Nate Greene, Randy Hunt, Bob LeBlanc, Molly McGill, and Marie Stewart Harmon. We might even bring in a special guest from time to time. In the BA Teacher’s Lounge, there are no points, no scoring, just us at our best, having fun.
