What You’ll Need:
3 oz. club soda (quality bubbles like Q or Fever Tree recommended)
1 1/2 oz. whiskey (try a Japanese whiskey like Hakushu 12-Year-Old)
Mint leaf for garnish (or herb, peel, or fruit wedge of your choosing)
How To Make It:
Combine ingredients in a chilled highball glass filled with cracked ice. Stis, and garnish with a mint leaf.
